Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a proactive On the Road Shift Manager to oversee daily delivery station operations in Mexico. You will lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high service quality while adapting to changing business needs.

You will drive Lean improvements, train staff, and coordinate shifts to maintain on-time deliveries, with a focus on productivity and continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Review forecast and determine productivity targets for sort operation.
• Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and DSPs.
• Lead process improvements using Lean tools.
• Train and develop people.
• Implement continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor DSP staffing, schedules, quality initiatives, and performance levels.
• Pilot new service types on-site (e.g., electric vehicles, cargo bikes).
• Carry out performance reviews with DSPs.
