Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, distribution or similar.
• 1+ years of experience directly managing others.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvements in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
