LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to maximize the value of fraud, risk and identity solutions through strategic guidance and ongoing relationship management.

You will lead complex engagements, drive solution adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Data Science, Strategy, and Technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and strong customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Account Management or related customer-facing role in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise customer relationships and navigate business and technical conversations.
• Experience with project governance and complex customer implementations (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies).
• Strong understanding of fraud, risk, payments, identity, financial crime, analytics, or related solution environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management at executive level.
• Strong consultative skills to influence decisions and drive adoption.
• Spanish and English professional fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Own the governance and delivery of customer engagements including scope, objectives, timelines and risks.
• Lead workshops and executive business reviews to align goals and outcomes.
• Provide consultative support on product functionality, integrations, fraud and risk use cases.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across cross-functional teams and manage escalations.
• Translate technical concepts and data insights into business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize performance across the lifecycle.
