LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Mexico City seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to maximize value from fraud, risk, and identity solutions through strategic guidance, technical consultation, and ongoing relationship management.

This role leads complex engagements, aligns stakeholders, and drives solution adoption across Sales, Product, Data Science, Strategy, and Services to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Account Management or related customer-facing role in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating both business and technical conversations.
• Demonstrated experience in project governance and complex customer implementations, including managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of fraud, risk, payments, identity, financial crime, analytics, or related solution environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to investigate issues and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (professional).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, building relationships with client stakeholders and business leaders.
• Own the end-to-end governance and delivery of customer engagements, including scope, objectives, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and change management.
• Lead customer workshops, engagement activities, and executive business reviews to align goals and expected outcomes.
• Provide consultative support on product functionality, integrations, fraud and risk use cases, and operational best practices to maximize value.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution across cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks and escalations.
• Translate technical concepts and data insights into clear business recommendations for customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize performance throughout deployment to ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Account Management, Product, Strategy, Data Science, Professional Services, and Technical teams to improve outcomes.
