Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary post-sales partner for strategic customers, guiding adoption of fraud, risk, and identity solutions through strategic insights and ongoing relationship management.

You will lead complex engagements, collaborate across Sales, Product, Data Science, Strategy, and Professional Services to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Account Management or related customer-facing role in a tech environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
• Governance skills: scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of fraud, risk, payments, identity, analytics, or related areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, including executive engagement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary post-sales partner for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Own end-to-end governance and delivery of engagements, including scope, objectives, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and change management.
• Lead customer workshops, engagement activities, and executive business reviews.
• Provide consultative guidance on product functionality, integrations, fraud and risk use cases.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Translate technical concepts and insights into clear business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize solution performance.
