Job summary

WSO2 is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer in Mexico to serve as a trusted technical adviser across prospects and customers. You will design demos, present solutions, and own technical ownership from pre-sales to post-sales expansion, coordinating with sales, R&D, and customer success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Fluent in English and native Spanish.
At least 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design custom demos aligned with customers' business and technical requirements.
Present and demonstrate WSO2 products and solutions, communicating technical and business benefits clearly.
Develop subject matter expertise on key technical subjects relevant to your level.
Provide feedback to teams on customer usage, aligning with product design and integration approaches.
Stay up-to-date on technology trends and participate in discussions on product features and vision.
Lead pre-sales discussions and technical calls, drive post-sales expansions and account planning.
