Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering is essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or presales, solid networking and security knowledge, and fluency in Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years minimum in customer success or presales roles.
• Networking concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Virtual Networks, Firewalls.
• Security concepts: Zero Trust, encryption, certifications, compliance.
• Cloud solutions: AWS, Azure, SaaS, SSO, SCIM API.
• Identity and Access Management: MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• Active Directory responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver post-sales implementation to customers through initial setup and configuration of product/Cloud solutions.
• Help customers realize value and ensure smooth deployment.
• Act as technical expert to provide upkeep on use cases and best practices.
• Provide demos and workshops to educate customers on features and updates.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product features and performance.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with account teams.
