TP México is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to lead the pre-sales engineering team, design architecture, and present high-impact value propositions that connect client challenges with our BPO, Contact Center, and as-a-service solutions.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Transformation, the role focuses on strategic solution design, ROI/NPV quantification, and leading responses to major RFPs with security and compliance at the forefront.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic solution design and deep-dive discovery with C-level stakeholders to uncover CX and workflow pain points.
• Create value engineering by translating requirements to integrate SaaS with BPO/Contact Center capabilities to deliver outcomes.
• Develop and implement a methodology to quantify ROI, TCO, and NPV of proposed solutions.
• Conduct high-level whiteboarding sessions to map current state vs future state and identify technology/human gaps.
• Prepare and lead the technical response for major RFPs, ensuring security, compliance, and functional requirements are met.
