Open iT, Inc. is seeking an individual to provide technical presales support in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. The role involves working closely with the Sales team to scope technical solutions based on customer requirements and conducting product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and has experience in the IT sales cycle. The position also requires excellent communication abilities and technical proficiency.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
• Demonstrated technical skills including software proficiency and programming.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales support and technical expertise to Sales Organization.
• Help customers understand features and benefits through consultations.
• Represent Open iT at events such as conferences and webinars.
