Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer for Service Cloud in Mexico City to articulate service-centric solutions to prospects and customers. You will lead tailored demonstrations, map business requirements to scalable architectures, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive ROI.

The role emphasizes deep discovery, industry best practices, and the ability to translate needs into compelling technical sales strategies while ensuring customer success and trust.

Formación

• 3+ years of PreSales experience in the services industry.
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, or Field Service is a plus.
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite and platform.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions and related applications.
• Basic programming experience in HTML and other web technologies is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and field teams.
• Assess business processes impacted by technology.
• Deliver findings with pain points, proposed solutions and ROI where applicable.
• Contribute to development of technical sales strategy.
• Configure and demonstrate tailored solutions reflecting customer needs.
• Discuss and propose solution architecture including omni-channel call center infra, CTI, and workforce management.
• Execute enablement activities (Webinars, Best Practices, Knowledge Share).
• Collaborate with Field Service Management Sales and Solution Engineering teams and Product Management.
