AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of professional Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and hands-on work with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs, improving data quality and reliability.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
