Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and relational data experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and visuals.
• Experience coordinating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and tech teams to improve data quality and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions for scalable analytics.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
