AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, model data, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake and SAP HANA environments.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, and data governance understanding.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP data sources.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Able to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding data quality, governance, KPIs, and consistency.
• Experience onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Collaborative, data-driven mindset; promote reusable models.
• Ability to guide on data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
• Work in an Agile, distributed-team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standard KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics.
• Document definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
