Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, turning enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources.

You will work with stakeholders and IT to deliver scalable analytics in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with distributed teams, promote standardized KPIs, and ensure data quality and consistency

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system to Power BI layers.
Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across analytics.
