AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires Power BI, Snowflake, and SAP HANA/SAP data experience, plus an upper-intermediate English level. You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system to Power BI layers.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
