AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. You will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and structures.
• Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow and BI layers.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
