AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will leverage strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources to deliver scalable analytics in an Agile setup. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and IT to ensure data quality and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience in data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise platforms like Snowflake and SAP HANA.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source to Power BI layers.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and technical solutions.
• Operate in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
