Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake and SAP sources.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills, plus upper-intermediate English. Flexible hybrid work with remote and office options is offered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years building Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational/analytic data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms and SAP-based sources.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate KPIs and analytics needs into dashboards.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports delivering actionable insights.
- Model data, define metrics, and create visualizations for business impact.
- Collaborate with IT and data owners to source data and ensure quality.
- Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform and SAP sources.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPI definitions.
- Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
