Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. You will design data models, work with Snowflake and SAP sources, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics in an Agile environment.

Required are 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, and upper-intermediate English. Flexible hybrid work options with remote and on-site collaboration are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to coordinate data availability and quality.
• Onboard data into enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, SAP HANA) and ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system to visualization layers.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
