AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work with Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources, translating business needs into scalable models in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Applicants should have 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, DAX, and data integration expertise, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT to identify data and source structures.
• Support onboarding of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.
• Document data definitions, logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
