AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based data sources.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytic needs.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard and integrate data from Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting across the full flow from source to BI layer.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics.
Document data definitions and reporting logic.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
