Applicants should have over 10 years in Digital Media / AdTech Sales in Mexico, and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly advantageous. Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Media / AdTech Sales within the Mexico market.
• Deep understanding of branding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Traditional Digital ecosystems.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web) is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Expand branding-led revenue growth in Mexico focusing on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and direct brands.
• Identify new branding opportunities within agency and client ecosystems.
• Pitch Xapads’ branding solutions strategically.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to revenue closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
