DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is expanding its Driver Growth Operations team to drive driver acquisition and incentives across Spanish Speaking LatAm. You will apply data-driven insights, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale efforts and optimize performance.

Ideal candidates combine analytics with growth/marketplace experience, fluent English and Spanish, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or related field.
• Growth/Marketplace experience: Experimental Testing, User Acquisition, PMF, GTM, Pricing, etc.
• Self-motivated, self-directed with ownership of tasks.
• User-centric understanding of ride-hailing drivers and value proposition.
• Data-driven with SQL proficiency; Python/R a plus; strong spreadsheet skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement driver acquisition initiatives using data.
• Launch and execute incentives, projects, communications and product developments for driver acquisition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product).
• Define and manage dashboards to monitor national driver acquisition performance.
• Own driver acquisition incentives across Spanish Speaking LatAm.
• Generate knowledge through experimental testing.
