Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a data-driven analyst to own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL regions.

You will build dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools, using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate insights and decision-making. You will collaborate with product, operations, incentives, and CX teams to translate findings into actionable strategies that improve driver experience and supply growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills grounded in data.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards or tools (bonus if AI-assisted).
• Able to coordinate across countries and functions and communicate findings to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools; leverage AI to move fast.
