DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a data-driven Driver Growth Analyst to own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL LATAM regions.

You will build dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting, using AI-assisted tools to move fast. The role requires coordinating with product, operations, incentives, and CX teams across countries, presenting findings to senior stakeholders, and driving AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Experience building dashboards and reports used by senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across countries and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting; leverage AI-assisted development.
• Track and report core KPIs by country/city/product line.
• Partner with regional teams to design, test, and refine incentive programs.
• Coordinate data-quality processes across countries and drive fixes with local teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear narratives.
• Drive AI adoption within the team and help upskill teammates.
• Support informal people-development by coaching junior teammates.
