DiDi is seeking a data-driven professional to drive driver growth for Spanish-speaking LatAm. You will design acquisition initiatives, manage incentives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale operations across multiple countries. Strong analytics (SQL, Python/R) and English/Spanish proficiency are essential.

The role is fast-paced and requires owning projects end-to-end, building dashboards, and turning insights into growth strategies in a dynamic mobility platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or related field.
• Growth / Marketplace experience: Experimental Testing, User Acquisition, Conversion, Habit Loops, PMF, GTM, Communication Strategies, Marketplace Balance, Pricing.
• Resilient: self-motivated, self-directed, and ownership-minded.
• User Centric: understand the needs, motivations and detractors of ride-hailing drivers.
• Problem Solver with ability to identify bottlenecks and craft creative solutions.
• Data-driven: passion for analytics and programming; knowledge of SQL; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish; international team.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers using data-driven decision making.
• Launch and execute incentives, projects, communications, and product developments for driver acquisition and expansion.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders; manage cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Legal, City Ops, Product).
• Define and manage data dashboards to monitor national driver acquisition performance and results.
• Own driver acquisition incentives across multiple countries in Spanish Speaking LatAm.
• Continuously generate knowledge through experimental testing.
