DiDi Global Inc. is hiring an experienced Operations Senior Manager to lead and optimize marketplace performance across LATAM cities. You’ll shape strategy, build scalable processes, and partner with Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI to drive courier growth and retention.

You will mentor teams, translate data insights into actions, and influence stakeholders to achieve ambitious delivery metrics across Mexico and beyond. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups (mobility a plus).
• Proven ability to solve highly complex problems at a country level using data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead courier operations across MX with accountability for core delivery metrics.
• execute cross-functional projects improving marketplace balance and performance.
• Design scalable processes for courier lifecycle management (acquisition, engagement, retention).
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
• Translate pain points into executable data-driven solutions.
• Mentor analysts and promote analytical thinking and rigor.
• Collaborate with Product on new features and assignment models.
• Utilize SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools to analyze large datasets and drive strategy.
