DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a data-driven professional to accelerate driver growth across Spanish-speaking LatAm. You will design initiatives to recruit drivers, manage incentives, and lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Legal, City Operations and Product.

You will own dashboards tracking national performance and apply experimental testing to scale impact. The role requires strong SQL, data analytics and programming skills, plus fluency in English and Spanish; experience with Python

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement initiatives to acquire new drivers using data-driven insights.
• Manage the launch and execution of incentives, projects, communications and product developments for driver acquisition.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, City Operations and Product across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Define and monitor dashboards to track national driver acquisition performance.
• Own driver acquisition incentives across multiple Spanish-speaking LatAm countries.
• Continuously generate knowledge through experimental testing.
