DiDi Global is seeking a data-driven Driver Growth Analyst to monitor and improve driver experience across SSL LATAM regions. You will own end-to-end analysis, build dashboards, forecast models, and reporting, and partner with product, operations, incentives, and CX teams to optimize incentive and retention programs.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Hands-on experience building tools or dashboards (bonus if AI-assisted).
• Able to coordinate across countries and functions and present complex findings clearly to senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain daily tools: dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting.
• Track and report core KPIs by country/city/product line.
• Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to design, test, and refine incentive and retention programs.
• Coordinate data-quality processes across countries and drive fixes with local teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
