DiDi is expanding its Driver Growth team, focusing on data analytics, quality management, and operational optimization across Spanish-speaking LATAM regions. You will analyze driver quality, conversion, and retention, and build AI-assisted dashboards to inform strategies across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to design incentive and retention programs, monitor KPIs, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards or tools, with potential AI-assisted work.
• Ability to coordinate across countries and functions to drive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and reports; leverage AI-enabled tooling.
• Track and report core KPIs by country/city/product line.
• Partner with product, operations, incentives, CX to design and test incentive programs.
• Coordinate data-quality processes across countries and drive fixes with local teams.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear, decision-ready narratives.
• Drive AI adoption and develop workflows and tools with AI.
