DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Growth Analyst for the Passenger Growth Team in the Spanish-speaking Latin America region.

You will help define and execute rider base growth initiatives, leveraging our incentives platform and data-driven campaigns to maximize retention and engagement. You will perform data analysis using Excel/Sheets and SQL (Python preferred) and collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace Operations, and Central teams to optimize the rider marketplace strategy, contributing to

Formación

• Studying Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field, ideally to graduate in 1 year.
• Strong data-driven decision making and clear communication across a diverse team.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish.
• SQL intermediate knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute riders base growth strategy using our incentives platform.
• Make day-to-day decisions on initiatives based on data-driven insights and campaign performance.
• Lead data analysis using Excel/Sheets and SQL; Python is a plus.
