Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Marketplace Analyst to join the City Operations Marketplace team. You will own strategies to improve driver and rider engagement, analyze data, and build dashboards to inform decisions.

Collaborate with marketing, product, user research and other teams to drive efficiency, optimize supply, and grow market share. Fluency in English and Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background.
• Willingness to learn programming languages for data analysis (SQL).
• Clear communicator with self-motivated, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of development and execution of strategies designed to improve user’s engagement, loyalty and retention and to drive market share growth
• Conducting data analysis and create operational dashboards to understand day-to-day behavior of our users
• Developing new scalable initiatives to drive efficiency
• Collaborating with several stakeholders such as marketing, product, user research and others to enhance the user’s experience
