Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in data analytics, management consulting, or corporate strategy (tech industry or high-growth environments preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel alongside hands-on Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau; Python and R are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: deliver data-backed recommendations to regional leadership and senior directors.
• Deep-Dive Analytics: analyze large datasets to surface growth opportunities and bottlenecks across the platform.
• Performance Tracking: monitor KPIs to ensure regional targets are met or exceeded.
• Project Leadership: manage end-to-end strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: collaborate with operations, product, and commercial teams to drive projects.
