DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a User Growth Intern to unlock data-driven growth across Latam. You’ll work with senior leaders to uncover insights using SQL, Python or R and help shape strategic decisions.

You’ll monitor key metrics, deliver presentations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve user growth and operational efficiency. Fluent in English and Spanish is expected, with a proactive mindset.

Formación

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• One programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights for the leadership team.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends and efficiencies.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Lead strategic data projects from ideation to execution with cross-functional teams.
