Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group, based in Mexico City, seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Governance to manage employee data integrity across HR systems. This full-time role reports to the Sr. Manager, Data Governance and is onsite in Mexico City.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, information systems
5–7 years in HR operations, HRIS or data governance
Experience with enterprise HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities

Oversees governance processes for employee data management within HR systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with corporate standards.
Reviews and approves requests for data changes, validations, and corrections related to employee records in the HRIS.
Implements controls, audit practices, and data checkpoints across HR operational workflows to maintain data quality.
Ensures adherence to data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance in all HR data transactions.
Collaborates with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, and IT to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
