Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance of employee data across HR systems. This role develops data management standards, enforces data integrity, and ensures compliance across all platforms.

You will lead a seven-person team, driving accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision making for HR operations. The position is onsite in Mexico City, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, and collaborates with HR, IT,

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, HRIS, or data governance.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Experience managing global HR data governance programs.
• Strong background with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Proven expertise in data governance and compliance protocols.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics.
