Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Governance to manage and ensure the integrity of employee data across HR systems. You will oversee governance workflows, approve data change requests, and align HR data practices with company policies and compliance requirements.

This full-time role requires collaboration with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management and IT to drive data quality and continuous improvement in HR data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration, or Data Governance.
• Experience managing employee data workflows in enterprise HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of governance processes for employee data in HR systems with compliance with corporate standards.
• Review and approve data change requests, validations, and corrections in HRIS.
• Implement controls and data checkpoints to maintain data quality across HR workflows.
• Ensure adherence to data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements across HR data transactions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management and IT to resolve data discrepancies.
• Develop documentation, policies, and governance playbooks for HR data entry and maintenance.
• Support process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency through governance.
• Provide training to HR users on standardized data management practices and system administration.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align workforce data governance with organizational objectives.
