Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Management in Mexico City to lead hands-on administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions and user experiences.

The role focuses on SDLC, testing, releases, and cross-functional collaboration within the HR Transformation organization, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS or enterprise apps.
2+ years hands-on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors or custom apps.
Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession, etc.).
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow integrations.
Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
Experience with SDLC, testing, releases, and defect resolution.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps.
Configure business rules, workflows, roles, and fields per requirements.
Support new functionality, integrations, and releases.
Troubleshoot issues with technical and business teams.
Maintain documentation and system specifications.
Support SDLC activities: testing, deployment, production support.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Monitor and improve system performance and data quality.
