Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, HR System Design to lead the end-to-end ownership of HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications. This on-site role in Mexico City bridges HR, IT, and business teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

The position requires deep HRIS expertise, strong Agile and SDLC governance, and proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale tech solutions.

Formación

• 8 years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership or team oversight.
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑scale technology solutions.
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management (PMP, SAFe, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with execution discipline and strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Director, HR System Design and oversee products within the HR ecosystem.
• Lead SDLC initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Manage product backlog and translate needs into user stories and specs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including requirement gathering, design, build, test, deploy, and sustainment.
• Define test strategies and acceptance criteria for quality and scalability.
• Build partnerships with HR COEs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
