Formación

• 8+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise applications.
• 3-5+ years hands-on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors or custom applications.
• Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession, etc.).
• Experience supporting integrated ecosystems involving SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology solutions.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, releases, testing, and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR System Design, this role supports product within the HR ecosystem and SDLC activities.
• Hands-on configuration and maintenance of HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps.
• Configure business rules, workflows, roles, fields, and system settings per business requirements.
• Support implementation of new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes with technical and business teams.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess feasibility.
• Maintain backlog items and provide effort estimates for configuration tasks.
