Job summary

The Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Governance to manage and ensure the integrity of employee data across HR systems. You will oversee governance workflows, approve data changes, and align HR data practices with company policies and compliance, enabling accurate workforce reporting and reliable HR operations.

Based in Mexico City, the role requires 5–7 years in HR Operations or Data Governance and a Bachelor’s in a related field; HRIS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration, or Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience managing employee data workflows in enterprise HR systems.
• Professional certification in HRIS management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees governance processes for employee data management within HR systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Reviews and approves data change requests, validations, and corrections related to employee records in the HRIS.
• Implements controls, audit practices, and data checkpoints to maintain data quality.
• Ensures adherence to data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, and IT to resolve data discrepancies.
• Develops documentation and governance playbooks to guide HR teams.
• Provides training and guidance to HR users on standardized data management practices.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to align workforce data governance with organizational objectives.
