Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, HR System Design to lead end-to-end HR technology products from a Mexico City on-site location. You will create roadmaps, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and govern the SDLC to deliver scalable HR solutions across the enterprise.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and executives to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, transforming strategy into execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or HR technology.
• 3–5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and PMP/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, backlog, and roadmap for HR platforms.
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs.
• Enforce SDLC governance and ensure quality and scalability across initiatives.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for aligned delivery.
• Define change management and training materials for enhancements.
