AgileEngine, LLC. in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling/DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English. You will partner with stakeholders, design and maintain dashboards, translate requirements into data models, and ensure data quality across the data

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical/data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across data stack.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake & SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics-driven decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
