AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer in Monterrey, Mexico to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. A strong 4+ year background in Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and cloud platforms like Snowflake or SAP HANA is required, with upper-intermediate English.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design data models and visuals, and ensure data quality and integration across the enterprise data platform.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
