AgileEngine in Mexico is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations, and you will work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, and SAP data sources to deliver scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the end-to-end flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
