Resolv Global is seeking customer‑focused Customer Care Representatives to join our growing remote team. You will support customers across phone, email, webchat, and social channels, resolving inquiries about orders, billing, product information, returns, and account support.

We value empathetic, proactive communicators in a fast-paced remote setting. Ideal candidates have strong English skills, CX experience, and the ability to multitask across systems.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Experience experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, billing questions, and product information.
• Accurately enter customer and order information into internal systems.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
