American Eagle Outfitters Mexicoab seeks a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales through friendly, knowledgeable service. You will maintain a neat, well-presented store and uphold AE’s Customer First values in every customer interaction.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and collaboration with the Store Management Team to meet objectives. Output reflects AE standards and policies.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver AE Customer First selling standards to meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Assist teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Suggest key looks and trends to match individual styles.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register transactions accurately following cash procedures.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise flow from shipments to replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns with company policy and store leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
