You will help customers with product knowledge, promote loyalty programs and process transactions with accuracy, while keeping the store neat and well-presented. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, teamwork, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork.
• Able to receive feedback and take action.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance engagement and sales.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Assist customers in outfits and styling based on their preferences.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock and organize merchandise, maintain store presentation and backroom SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
