Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive customer experience to drive sales and meet daily goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers of benefits.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Recommend outfits and trends based on customer style.
• Introduce customers to additional AE brands and channels.
• Execute register sales transactions accurately per cash procedures.
• Restock and label merchandise and maintain organized selling floor.
• Ensure backroom and sales floor SOPs are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy with leadership support.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
