American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help customers with product knowledge, promote AE loyalty programs and drive sales while keeping the store neat and well-presented.

You will work with a team to meet daily sales goals, support colleagues, and provide efficient register service. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods; physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use store tech/tools to provide product knowledge and drive sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Recommend looks and trends based on customer style and promotions.
• Introduce customers to additional AE brands and channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and manage damaged goods.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and elevate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
